Follow that Plume!

As the ice in the Adirondack Mountains melts, adding huge volumes of freshwater to the Hudson River, lots of "stuff" both natural and unnatural makes its way through the watershed to the Atlantic Ocean. LaTTE scientists are focused on studying where all this stuff is going. Go to http://marine.rutgers.edu/cool/latte/pressroom/ss.html to play an interactive game that allows you to control the direction of the wind and consequently the flow of the Hudson River Plume.
